You are directly in front of Parc de Lorimier, one of the most beautiful small parks in the city. With a "Walk Score" of 96, everything is within walking distance -> the fabulous Laurier-Est Street, its restaurants, cafes and grocery stores will meet all your needs. To get around, you'll find a BIXI bike station across the street and the Laurier metro station is a 15-minute walk away.
The space
The apartment has two bedrooms with double/queen beds and dressers at your disposal. The living area is a large, open and spacious room, and the dining room has a beautiful dining table and lunch counter, perfect for lunch or an aperitif. The bathroom was completely renovated last year, while keeping the spirit of the rest of the apartment.

At the back, a terrace overlooking a green alley is at your disposal as well as a BBQ for cooking on summer days.

Our space is in a quiet and very family-friendly area. You will find directly in front the beautiful DeLorimier Park where in winter an ice rink is set up and in summer there are picnics and aperitifs in the evening.
Guest access
You have access to 2 of our bedrooms and the back terrace. However, since we live in the accommodation, we have locked some kitchen and dining room drawers where we keep our belongings.
Other things to note
With a Walk Score of 96, everything is within walking distance. The fabulous Laurier Street, its restaurants (sushi, wood-fired oven pizza, burgers, brunch, snack bar), cafes, grocery store, bakery and dairy will meet all your needs. A true paradise for families. You will also find a BIXI city bike station on Laurier Street, in front of the house.

A 10-minute walk away you will find the beautiful Laurier Park as well as a municipal swimming pool, and the Laurier metro station is a 15-minute walk away.
