WaveBreak is a new addition to our holiday lets and will soon be a popular destination for family holidays!

This home has been beautifully completed and features an open-plan tiled dining and sitting area with ceiling fan at the front of the house - perfect for family game nights! There are bi-fold doors across the front of the room opening onto a covered sitting area for your morning coffee and watching the world go by. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed and direct external access to the rear-covered patio area. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have plantation shutters on the windows and ceiling fans.

A second sitting area at the rear of the property features a flat-screen TV and a sofa lounge and leads to the rear covered patio area where you can enjoy relaxing, have a BBQ and watch the kids play in the fully fenced rear yard.

Did we mention there is also ducted air conditioning to add to your comfort? Well, there is!

The stylish bathroom includes a separate shower and bath and the toilet is located just outside the bathroom. The internal laundry is equipped with a front-loading washer/dryer.

Access to the property is via the rear lane and offers off-street parking.

No pets and linen provided fee applies. You will need to bring beach towels.

Note - there is no access to the garage.
