The interior flows seamlessly onto an enormous private terrace where a BBQ and firepit create the perfect setting for alfresco dining and evening gatherings under the stars. At the rear of the property a garden leads to a private plunge pool bathed in northerly sunshine creating an entertainer's paradise and a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.

Sleep
The master bedroom wakes to ocean views that stretch to the horizon and the ensuite bathroom provides a private retreat. Two additional bedrooms accommodate queen and double beds, offering flexible arrangements for family or guests. Natural light and coastal breezes define the sleeping spaces, with views that anchor you to the beachside location.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen centres on clean lines and integrated appliances that handle daily needs. Gas cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher sit within streamlined cabinetry, keeping surfaces clear and functional.
