As you walk through the coded front gate, you're greeted by the well maintained common area and centrally located saline pool.

Enjoy your morning coffee soaking up the beautiful, tropical landscape on the front porch relaxing in the locally made Adirondack chairs - we even supply the coffee!

Entering the unit, you will find that this condo brings together the beauty of Costa Rican wood with modern furnishings and local décor.

On the main floor, the living room offers a comfortable, custom L-shaped sofa to read, surf the net, watch TV, or hang out with your friends and family.

Your renovated kitchen with beautiful hand made wood cabinets not only stocked with all the kitchenware and appliances that you will need for your stay, but we provide coffee, sugar, and even spices for your use. If you prefer cooking outdoors, the small back porch offers a propane BBQ that you are free to use at your leisure.

The breakfast bar is a great place to catch up on social media and make your friends jealous! It also provides an excellent space for those who need to do some work while traveling (although, try not to do too much work).

The main floor also has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. You don't need to bring laundry detergent - we supply that, too! If you prefer to allow your items to dry naturally, there is a clothes rack as well.

Finishing your tour of the main floor, you will find a 1/2 bath, covenient for those quick trips in from the pool.

As you head to the bedrooms upstairs, you can admire some of the local artwork that is available at the markets. The property is decorated throughout with local works of art and furnishings.

Both bedrooms have comfortable pillow top mattresses and extra pillows. The bedrooms each have personal air conditioning units so you can rest in comfort after a long, hard day at the beach or pool.

The master bedroom boasts a beautiful king bed built from native wood, lots of closet space, black out curtians, and a Juliet balcony where you may be serenaded by a Howler monkey.

Also in the master bedroom is a murphy desk that can be raised if you really have to take that call or lowered when you want to forget the "real" world.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a beautiful, hand made armoire, room darkening curtains, and touch reading lamps.

There are Wi-Fi extenders in each bedroom to provide coverage throughout the home.

For your privacy, each bedroom has a beautifully renovated, full bathroom, including custom vanities and easy glide glass doors for the showers. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available, so you don't have to bring it with you!

When you do go to the pool or the beach, there are beach towels provided for you. Also included for your convenience are beach loungers, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and even a wagon to take it all down to the beach. Please do shake out the beach items before bringing them back inside and hang them on the hooks on the back wall.

There is also an outdoor shower on the premises to wash off the sand after your day at, or in, the water. There is also a spout outside the front door to rinse your feet.
