â Guests are allowed visitors but strictly NO PARTIES at any time under any circumstances.
â Guests are required to be mindful of neighbours at all times.
â No amplified music, late-night noise or outdoor entertaining from 10pm to 9am.
â The house is smoke, e-cigarette and vape free. Guest may smoke outside in the front entrance, outdoor on the first floor balcony or in the rear courtyard.
â Guests are required to take the council rubbish bins out on Sunday night and return then on Monday after collection.
â Sorry, no pets.
â Please make sure to return the keys to the key safe lock box and kitchen bench on departure. Unreturned keys will incur a fee of $100 per missing key.
