Additionally, demolition and construction have commenced on a neighboring lot. Work is scheduled Monday to Saturday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM. During these hours, you may notice elevated noise levels and increased activity around the site, including the movement of construction vehicles.
To reflect these temporary conditions, our property has been priced competitively during this period.
