Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Living space
The traditional shotgun layout flows room to room in true New Orleans fashion, carrying the home's character from front to back. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the single-level floor plan makes the space easy to navigate for all guests. A private entrance greets you on arrival, and self check-in via smart lock means you're on your own schedule from the moment you land.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably, each outfitted with quality linens, dressers, and luggage racks to keep you settled in. The walk-through floor plan is as authentic as it gets - staying here feels like living in the city, not just visiting it.

Kitchen & dining
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and silverware. Wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, and a coffee maker round out the setup, and the dining table is ready whenever you are.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, both stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A bathtub, hair dryer, and cleaning products are also on hand.

Outdoor living
The quaint front porch is a fine spot for your morning coffee, while the large shared fenced backyard - fitted with outdoor furniture and a fire pit - invites you to slow down and soak in the neighborhood. Free street parking makes coming and going a breeze.

Extras & safety
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep you comfortable year-round. The home also includes a washer and dryer, hangers, an iron, extra pillows and blankets, and fast Wi-Fi with an ethernet connection. For peace of mind, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.
