This comfortable home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms--all on the first floor. From the deck, enter a long hall that connects the main living area and the bedrooms. Head right into the open and roomy main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The vaulted ceiling, large windows and slider to the deck make for an bright and welcoming space where the whole gang will gather after a day of fun at the beach.

The nicely equipped kitchen has stainless appliances including a refrigerator, range, wall over, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker. A large island and breakfast bar with seating provide plenty of space for meal prep. The dining table seats eight comfortably.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV with Roku--stream content with your own accounts. This large space has two ceiling fans and a ductless split unit air conditioner. This multi-use space is ideal for meals, movie watching, board games and jigsaw puzzles, conversation and of course, relaxation.

The house has three bedrooms. At one end of the hall, the primary bedroom, has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms at the oppose end of the hall each have a queen bed. Can't get away from work? The office/den is an ideal space for catching up with emails and logging into a Zoom call. Lucky enough to escape work? This room is perfect for curling up a with a bestseller.

There is one other bathroom off the hall with tub/shower. Accessible by one of the bedrooms as well.

All three of the bedrooms and the office/den have ductless split unit air conditioners.

Enjoy the nicely manicured backyard with mature plantings and wooded view. The large deck has a dining table and chairs, gas grill and Adirondack chairs. Enclosed outdoor shower just off the deck. Make sure you pack s'mores for a fun night around the fire pit.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
