Great experience!

We loved the heated pool and hot tub! The whole house had everything we needed and Joel was super friendly and quick to respond to messages. I would stay here again.

Nice stay.

The home is a little dated and could use some repairs. The hot-tub that you see in the photos is not a hot-tub be aware of that.

Nice getaway home

This home was nice. It is very roomy and provided more than enough space for the entire group. Simple yet perfect! Quite Neighborhood and close to every thing mentioned in the listing.

Unclean

I loved this location since i was here before months back, but with my recent visit 2 of the toilets were unflushed and clogged upon arrival and there were dead roaches just around the place, i can understand the roaches i mean theyre dead. but unclogging day old feces from the people before us isnt justifiable for a place that im paying to stay at

Missed the mark

The property is not as advertised. It was dirty. The washer and dryer did not work. Closet door fell on my son. Pool screen was missing in areas. Sliding door would not lock. We will not be back.

Not as advertised

The house has such potential. There was hair on the bathroom floor, walls and doors were dirty. Closet doors broken, pool screening was broken, gutters full of leaves, pool was not 85. Our feet werw dirty from walking around inside. The outside door on the far bedroom did not lock. The dryer is not vented properly. Broken stopl in kitchen. Pillows were awful. Seems like someone put all there kefto er and briken stuff in this house. And the ckeaners were still there past check in.

Broken Hot Tub Cold Pool

The house was adequate for our family and we enjoyed our stay. There are many items needing repair. The listing said there was a hot tub that was new in 2021 but it wasn't working and the pool was too cold to enjoy swimming in it. I would not have chosen this property if I had known about this situation. I am expecting that there will be some comensation as we had counted on being able to use these items. I would not come to this property again. Lots of noise in the yard due to backing up to a major road.. Kitchen included a total of 3 spoons and half a dozen knives, Given that the property was appropriate for up to 12 people the dishes were inadequate, no mixing bowls, no baking trays, When asked the owner said the pool temperataure could not be changed.

Stay for my moms 50th

Really enjoyed the big bedrooms with plenty of bedding and extra of everything throughout the house. I brought extra paper towels and tp because other rentals I have stayed at have very little, but this home had plenty! My family found the property wonderfully comfortable, and it has an awesome private backyard area that was perfect for a fire with great seating for us adults. We enjoyed the hot tub too this time of year- plus the screened-in pool area was nice. We brought our blow up screen for an outside movie and it worked in the area perfectly! Really enjoyed this stay:)

Good for large family.

House was fine but a few things need some maintenance. Dishwasher has some door seal damage that makes loading and unloading difficult. Landscape needs some work in front. Light switches are a puzzle with several 3 ways. Light in one of the bedrooms had a light hanging by the wires. Flooring in dining area was warped. Pool was great. That was my family’s favorite part. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious for multi families.

We were only 4 people so we didn’t use all the rooms, but there were plenty of rooms and beds for a large family vacation. Heated pool was nice for the kids. Quiet location. Definitely will recommend to others when they visit.

Mislead pictures of property

The property needs a lot of love, the pictures are I guess very professional taking. Many broken items as I can’t list them all. The place is good enough to sleep in. Cleaning is not their strongest suit. I don’t want to bash the place, this is not my intention. I believe for the money paid you can get a lot more at a nicer place .

Pictures are deceiving

Upon arrival I thought I was at the wrong property because it didn't look like the VRBO picture. The landscape is overgrown and looks really shabby. My son's bed was missing a wheel from the frame so the bed was at an angle and underneath the bed he found men's boxers. There was a random sock in the entryway closet and in the pool area a shirt and a random rug. We had to fold the towels to have any to use upon arrival because they were left in the dryer. There was 8 of us and we all got 1 towel and mostly beach looking towels? Upon further inspection the next day we did find more towels in a pile in the garage in front of a couch that is stored in there. The garage smelled terrible and had a lot of random junk/ garbage in it. The patio doors were extremely hard to open, we had a 73 yr old lady with us and she couldn't open the doors to get to the pool area. The screens surrounding the pool area were not attached in many areas so you could lift up the screens. The gravity chairs in the pictures were not usable, there was one sitting on the ground, another one broken and the third one rusty but sitting in it gently worked. We had 8 people but only seating by the pool for about 4. The hot tub exterior panel was falling off and there was random bottles and garbage along side it. The inside of the freezer and fridge wasn't clean and the microwave was also dirty as well. Inside the cabinets there was sugar or salt spilled. There was not enough silverware for all of us to use so we had to get plasticware. I was really just displeased with this place. It could be really nice if they would fix it up a bit and updated and took care of the property. I've stayed at VRBO's many times and this by far was the worst. I can handle of couple of hiccups along the way but there was so many upon arrival.

I truly apologize for these problems faced, we have since got a new, more experienced cleaning team to avoid these cleaning and linen mistakes. Repairs such as the sliding doors and pool screens have been sorted since your stay, kitchenware has been replaced and furniture around the house has been upgraded.

property needs a lot of TLC and new cleaning company.

House was decent and has a lot of potential. Pool and hot tub worked good and was clean so that made it easy to work around everything else. Some doors did not lock in house and screen doors to outside. Screen was broken. My daughters speaker was stolen from outside we are not sure if someone came in of the path in back of yard. Which people kept walking by house which was uncomfortable. Could not sleep because of the doors not locking, so We did not feel safe. We had to clean counters and sweep floors when we arrived . house was not clean. Linens For all bedrooms need to be replaced. Living room furniture is very worn and needs to be placed on side walk. Showers and bathrooms were decent. They were clean for most part. Kitchen was not clean. Stove on top did not work bottom was so dirty and smelled really bad. Dish washer we did not dare try because it stunk so bad. Outside needs a lot of TLC. Need a landscaper to clean up the front and back near fire pit. We didn’t even bother using that area it was un appealing and grill was questionable so we did not try it. Outside chairs were rusted and some broken. Just need to update. I would have rather paid a-little more to have had a better taken care of home. My family and I made it work, however I would never rent this home out again. It was not what I expected.

Thank you for your comments and feedback on the home. We have upgraded our cleaning team to avoid these mistakes in the future, and replaced linens. Repairs like the patio doors and pool screens have been fixed post your stay and all locks were checked and are in working order, this is unacceptable and safety is key. Unfortunately we cannot control the public walkway near the home but we do have locks outfitted on any exterior doors, but I apologize that an item was stolen during your time here. A professional company now maintains the landscaping at the home - I am sorry about these issues and have applied your feedback to the home

great home, ready for some TLC

nice location, great house with a good layout and amenities! hot tub, pool, standard appliances, etc. house is large, and well layed out. enjoyable stay! As communicated to Joel, it needs some TLC. the dishwasher was broken, and caused a bad smell through the kitchen. there were some bugs through the house, and the pool and hot tub required daily re-fillings due to water loss. Joel addressed the pool issue by adding a auto filler. only problem was folks were coming into the property without our awareness. also, couches were a bit old and uncomfortable, and appliances required some deep cleaning, which we addressed when we checked in.
