2️⃣ Step 2: Complete ID verification and submit the refundable damage deposit $750 (only 2% processing fees is charged)
3️⃣ Step 3: Once Steps 1 and 2 are complete, you'll receive your Keynest link with the key collection code — 24 hours before your check-in day.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDEBOOK:
Our check-in guide will be sent before your stay. It will include instructions on how to access the property & rules of your stay.

KEY COLLECTION:
* Your keys are to be picked from a nearby location and will be ready for pick up at 3 pm on arrival day.
* Key code to get access to the keys are provided on the day of arrival by 12pm if you have completed the ID verification. Please ensure your ID Verification is complete to avoid delays.
* Pick up your keys from the Key Nest point which is 4 minutes walking or a 1 min drive distance from apartment.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS:
To ensure you get your key code ensure you accept the terms and conditions, complete the ID verification step and pay the 2% fees ($15) for refundable deposit ($750) and as soon as your booking is confirmed. Check in instructions with key code are sent as soon this essential step is completed.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
Please plan for a check-in time of 3 PM. You will receive a notification as soon as your accommodation is ready for you. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate early check-in requests, please be aware that, unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms to offer. If another guest is departing on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will need sufficient time to prepare the space to ensure it meets our high standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedule, we may be able to offer a later check-out. Please reach out to us before 8 pm the night before your departure to confirm if this can be arranged. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, if you need to check out after 11 am, an additional night’s fee will apply. This payment must be made via the Airbnb Resolution Centre by the night before your check-out, or housekeeping will be scheduled for the standard 10 am check-out time.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide complimentary essential supplies. Each bathroom is equipped with 30 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, & toilet paper.

Kitchen is equipped with cookware, crockery, glassware and all essential kitchen appliances. A selection of T2 teas, Nespresso machine with LOR coffee pods, sugar and milk are provided. Please note that these are intended as starter supplies and may not last the entire duration of your booking. They are provided to help you settle in without the immediate need to visit a supermarket.

PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR:
Both are available upon request for your convenience. Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot. This is to protect your baby’s sensitive skin from potential reactions to the detergents used by commercial laundries. We recommend using your own familiar fabrics, linens, and mattress to ensure your baby's comfort and avoid any sensitivities. However, the portacot does come with a padded mat for the base.

FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE:
There is a sensor in the apartment’s living area, which is NOT a camera or recording device. It monitors noise levels, environmental factors (temperature and humidity), and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices nearby). It does not record raw audio, and the data is presented only as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings.

Parties, gatherings, schoolies or social events are not allowed at any time during the stay. Please note that any disturbances will endure immediate cancelation of the booking without any refund and you will be asked to vacate the apartment in 10 minutes.
