This beautifully styled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse blends modern coastal charm with easy Scandi design. Clean lines, natural light, and calm, neutral tones that make you feel instantly at ease.
The open plan living and dining area is light, airy, and perfect for slow mornings or lazy evenings. The kitchenâs fully equipped with stone benchtops, quality appliances, and a coffee machine ready for your first cup of the day.
When the temperature drops, the Cheminees Philippe fireplace turns the space into a snug little haven.
Downstairs, thereâs a games and chill-out room with a pool table, dartboard, bean bags, a sofa, and a large Smart TV with cinema sound. Perfect for movie nights, friendly competition, or just a bit of downtime.
Step outside to your private courtyard with alfresco dining and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor meals.
Note: the courtyard garden is being remodelled and will be finished by early December 2025. The refreshed space will feature inbuilt timber seating, new planting, and an upgraded BBQ area, all designed for easy relaxation.
Stay comfortable and connected with Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, reverse-cycle heating and cooling in every bedroom and living area, a full laundry (washer and dryer), and off-street parking.
