Private 14 acre Creek side Cabin and close to Lake

Rollins Creek Side Retreat sits on 14 beautiful acres, we are at the very end of a dead end road. The property is very private. We have Cadron Creek that runs the whole length of the back of property along with Betits Mountain. The cabin is a two story with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We have double decks and a spiral staircase that connects the two decks. We have a beautiful lit up metal gazebo with fire pit. We are also 1.5 mile from Cove Creek Campground that is on Greers Ferry Lake. The campground has two boat ramps and huge parking lot for trucks and trailers. They also have spots to pull your boat on the bank and park and tie off for the weekend. They have a nice swim beach as well.
One of our favorites things about our cabin is how private we get to enjoy the lake and come back to the cabin after a long day on the water and enjoy time with each other and the privacy.
We are also 25 minutes from Fair Field Bay SXS trails. Fair Field Bay has plenty of hiking trails. Heber Springs is short drive and has all your shopping needs and grocery and several restaurants. They have a small movie theater and skating rink. Quitman is very close and has restaurants and few shopping options. Quitman has a Dollar General. There is a fish hatchery up from the famous Little Red River which is a short drive with the best trout fishing. Collins Creek trail is a must see. You are more than welcome to bring your SXS or Atv and trailer to trails. We also don’t mind riding on our property. The community is ATV friendly. We also don’t mind hunting and there is a Cherokee WMA right up the road. Both our decks over look the Cadron creek. Wake up and enjoy the creek!

There is no smoking inside the cabin.

Amazing Stay!

This properly was absolute beautiful. The cabin is so cute and decorated beautifully. It's located at the end of a road and totally private. From fishing in the beautiful creek to playing games in the yard to napping in one of the hammocks, we had a great stay! The owners were so kind and communicated well. I'd 100% stay here again!

Perfect for our stay

We enjoyed this property very much. The attention to detail was very impressive from the cleanliness of the cabin to surrounding grounds. It exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying again...hopefully soon!

We had a very nice and low-key stay. It was at the end of the road and we didn't see a soul the entire time unless we went into town for provisions.

Cabin on the creek!

Very clean and fully stocked cabin! Great fire pit to hang out after the day at the lake to grill, chill and do s’mores! Large property with something for everyone to enjoy!

Vacation cabin

The cabin and location were amazing. It was a great getaway for our family. The kids loved playing in the creek and jumping on the trampoline. My sons loved the disc golf and horses as well. The cabin was clean and the porches were a great place to hang out. If you are looking for a quiet place to getaway this is it. Our kids were outside so much playing and exploring by the creek and on the grounds. Great place!

Perfect place next to the river and close to the lake. Cabin was awesome! Lots of stuff to do. Property is beautiful. Calm and quiet place to retreat and relax. Great for kids! Would totally recommend !

Tranquility

This cabin and property is simple Nirvana. Away from people and cities. Woods, open areas, creek and comfortable, fully loaded, beautiful cabin. This place is so relaxing, we chose to only live for groceries on first day and a random lunch another. We will be back!

Gorgeous property

Driving to the property got tricky on Google map but apple map was able to find the property perfectly! The cabin and property are absolutely beautiful. We got to enjoy the place for a snowy Christmas holiday. The creek is picture perfect. Going upstairs is tricky for elderly because the stairs are very steep.

Peaceful and charming!

The property is just as described but words and pictures don't do it justice. We had everything we could possibly need. Clean and ready to play. The creek was a big hit with all of us. Hot summer time and playing in the creek was just what the doctor ordered! This is one of those return every year property. Nice, peaceful, calm and safe. Priceless!!

Absolutely Stunning!

This cute cabin out in the cut was perfect for our girls get away. The property was phenomenal with many outside items to keep you busy. Tons to do for all ages. Best part is they are pet friendly. Our dogs may have enjoyed their stay more then us if that is even possible. The homeowner was very responsive and eager to help in any way. We will for sure be back again.

This place still has my heart! I wish I could live there. This was the most perfect, calming spot I have been in a long time. When we left, I cried. We will be staying here again. The owners were absolutely wonderful and the communication was spot-on. I felt so blessed to have found it. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

Ultimate cabin in the woods!

Beautifully built cabin inside and out with lots of outdoor space on a large private property with your own creek to play in. The owner truly thought of everything for the kids including bed rails for the sweet bunk beds, a TV in their room (whoa), books, and games. Nice fire pit, horseshoes, hammocks (the kids favorite), a kayak, trampoline, and walking trails through the woods leave no shortage of things to do on the property and there is plenty to do at the lake and towns nearby as well. Our only regret was not planning to spend an extra day as none of us wanted to leave.

Remote Paradise

We had an amazing time! This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin and property were beautiful, combining the connection with nature while including modern amenities (very nice shower and kitchen). Just spending family time on the balconies may have been the best part. Having a 2 year old I was very impressed at how kid friendly the cabin was, toys, swings, stools and baby gates all included. My daughter loved the creek, trails and swing. We loved hiking Collins creek trail and fishing on the red river. This trip was everything we wanted and more!

Perfect!

This place is beautiful! Perfect for our family vacation! You could plan your whole vacation here and not leave. Kayaks, tetherball, Frisbee, horseshoes, corn hole, sand toys was plenty of entertainment when we weren't at the creek fishing. Inside was cozy, my boys appreciated the xbox in the family room. Toys for smaller kids, soft throw blankets to cuddle up with. I have no negative comments about this place! I do however do have some things to be aware of. The refrigerator/freezer is smaller so be aware if you plan on an extended stay. The county is also dry so purchase alcohol well before arriving. Bottom line I would definitely recommend staying! I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

Every year our family vacations in Arkansas. This year was more last minute and I happened on this new listing. We took a chance and we are so glad we did. We have five kids ages 18 months to 11 and there was enough space for us all. The bunk room was awesome for the kids and all of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and the necessities. We spent our time on the deck eating meals together, down at the fire pit making s’mores, but mostly at the creek. It was a perfect distance from the house so we could see the kids from the deck. Because of the drought, the water level was low - despite that the creek was still so much fun. Kayaks were great and so were the little trails through the property. We only left once to check out Collins Creek Trail and it was beautiful! I hope we get to come back again next year to make more memories. Amazing place, and thank you for being a great host!

Beautiful cabin. Excellent location.

I definitely recommend booking this cabin. We were looking for a weekend getaway to relax and the cabin as well as the location was perfect for us. We had a total of 7 people and I was worried at first that the cabin wouldn't be large enough to accommodate us all comfortably but that was not the case as it was spacious enough inside and out. We spent most of our time outside with all the activities. There was something to entertain everyone-- fishing, kayaking, corn hole, frisbee golf, horseshoes, etc. I personally enjoyed just sitting on the creek bank as it was so peaceful and beautiful views. It was nice to see the kids (2 18yos and 11yo) not be on their phones but actually interacting with each other and playing games outside (roasting hotdogs over the firepit was a huge hit). All in all it was a great experience. I have no complaints and I did not hear any at all from anyone else in my group. I also want to add that I love the decor and design of the cabin especially the tin ceilings. We all would love to come back for a longer stay in the future. Thanks for having us. ❤️

The BEST getaway!

We were looking for a quiet, secluded place for our family to enjoy on our first vacation in several years and we couldn’t have picked a better place to land for our fall visit to Arkansas! I was initially on the fence about the place only having one bathroom to accommodate all 6 of us but it was not an issue at all! We loved the multilevel porches and having our coffee out there each morning while we took in views of the creek and fall foliage! Our kids had a blast on the old school Super Nintendo (their first video game and a fun down trip down memory lane for my husband and I!), and the laundry area proved helpful and needed as we all had so much fun playing down by the creek and making s’mores around the fire! We loved how central it was to so many activities/adventures but so beautiful and relaxing we could’ve been perfectly happy staying here all week and never leaving! The love and heart poured into this home was palpable and we appreciated every attention to detail! I’ve already told multiple people they need to come stay here. If you have any hesitation in this being the place for you, just book it now! You will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to come back!

Hello my name is Amanda born and raised in Arkansas. Married with 4 children. We love all things outdoors. I am also a stay at home mom and now will be managing the Cabin!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We stumbled on this property by chance, we were always at the campground up the road and we loved the boat launch for our boat, so we just had to look. Once I stepped foot I knew I wanted it and needed a beautiful cabin. Me and my husband built this and cut all the wood from our saw mill! We built all the cabinets and shelves! Took us little over a year just working on cabin on the weekends. This piece was raw land with nothing here and now this cabin fits so well in the trees and along the creek! We are a family of 6 and we really wanted to have a place we could come to after a long day at the lake with privacy. We still get to enjoy the lake but get to come back to the cabin in the woods and just slow down and enjoy each other. We are so excited to share our piece of heaven with you and your family and can’t wait to hear your memories!
