The property features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring everyone has a cozy retreat. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, the second has a king-sized bed as well and third bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, providing ample sleeping space for up to eight guests.

Step into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where you'll find modern amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, and all necessary utensils and dishes for your convenience. Relax on the plush sofas in the living room, where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views from the large windows and the comfort of cable TV.

Hidden Dunes Condominium 1401 offers a range of premium amenities, including a fitness room, three community pools, a community outdoor hot tub, and a sauna. Enjoy a morning workout or an evening swim while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor seating area is perfect for dining al fresco or simply soaking up the sun.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
