There is off street parking for 1 car, however you're also situated on the train line with Jolimont station being located 700m away, and ample public transport to get you around.

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any timeâday or nightâmust not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties, valid drivers license / ID required.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including communal gardens. Please be respectful of the neighbours.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 4 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property. There is space for 1 small car in the carport.

For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 3 days post. The bond is $500.
