A four-minute drive takes you to Broadway Sydney, a busy shopping mall filled with retailers, cafĂ©s, a cinema, and family spaces. In five minutes, unwind along the Glebe Foreshore Parks, where scenic walking paths overlook Blackwattle Bay and the upcoming Sydney Fish Markets precinct.

Head seven minutes to the Tramsheds for artisan dining, or explore the Princes Highway dining strip with popular spots like Belly Bao, La Favola, CafĂ© Paci, Pastizzi CafĂ©, and Calle Rey. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~ Linen ~
Please note that we supply one set of linens per stay, regardless of the length of your visit. We use a professional linen service that provides freshly laundered and delivered linens, which are already included in your cleaning fee. Each guest is provided with one bath towel for the entire stay, and each bathroom includes one set consisting of 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath mat.
Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels

~ Complimentary Toiletries ~
Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying).

We also offer 3hr (2 cleaning staff) mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options:

~ Long Stays ~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $150 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay.

~ Postage ~
For security reasons, please do not have mail sent to the property. Any mail or packages should be directed to the nearest Australia Post office.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property. Thank you for your understanding.
