Firepit logs and flames must not be excessively loaded due to gazebo poly carbonate plastic roof. Firepit must not be lit on total fire ban days, etc. BYO wood.

Please turn off lights/AC/heating when outside property. Lock all doors/windows whilst away.

Shoes must not be worn inside.

$15/bed additional linen fee beyond registered guests.

Access to garage and room adjacent to upstairs kitchen prohibited.

Saved WiFi credentials must be deleted upon checkout and must not be shared with anybody.
