This warmly appointed couples studio has been thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy every moment of your Southwest Florida getaway.



Centrally located in the heart of the five-tower complex, this cozy studio puts the beach right across the street and the rest of Southwest Florida well within reach.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).



Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations in Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are now complete. Buildings 4 and 5 are still being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.



THE SPACE



This bright, welcoming 500+ sq ft studio flows naturally from the full kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space — a well-organized, comfortable layout that makes every inch count.



The living area is anchored by a double reclining love seat and a club chair — an intimate, comfortable setup perfectly sized for two — alongside a TV with cable. Slide open the glass doors and step onto the screened 8th floor balcony, where the bar-height table for two is the ideal perch for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and those unforgettable Gulf sunsets.



The sleeping area features a king-size bed with provided linens and a ceiling fan, with a spacious walk-in closet for the duration of your stay.



The updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower and an extended vanity counter — clean, fresh, and thoughtfully appointed.



The full kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped for a studio — refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig and a drip-style coffee maker, plus cookware, dinnerware, and a full complement of kitchen tools and small appliances. A dining table completes the space for easy meals in.
