The space
A bright, cosy and modern 2 bedroom beachside apartment with a Mediterranean feel and edge, perfect for a family, friends or couples looking for an apartment right near the beach and shops. Only a minute walk to Freshwater Beach, and a short walk, drive or bus to shops and restaurants at Manly, you'll not want to leave this central location.

The apartment features enticing views of Freshwater Beach and is located within walking distance to Queenscliff and Manly Beach, with public transport right outside your door and two car parking spaces at your service on the property, it is a breeze to travel around. Only a 15 minute bus ride to Manly Ferry where you can hop on and travel to the city in no time and enjoy Sydney Harbour views.

Open plan living with tiled floors throughout, modern finishes and Mediterranean-esque furnishing, coupled with beachside views, sunlight and the breeze you are sure to secure a holiday unmatched in comfort, fun and relaxation. If in need of a quiet but bright place to study or work, a sit/stand desk and chair (upon request a computer monitor can also be provided) are located in the master bedroom in front of the window looking out over Manly beach. The apartment is work-from-home ready and ideal for relocation or renovation stays.

Furniture includes a 6 seater dining table, 2 breakfast bar seats, 3 seater sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and a double bed in each bedroom. Amenities include a BBQ and, when it's time to unwind indoors, enjoy a cinema like experience with an extra large flat screen TV in the living room and a large flat screen TV in the master bedroom, Fast Wi-Fi and Netflix. You're set for a night of next level comfort and entertainment.

All the essential cooking appliances and necessities are available in the kitchen and the bathroom is equipped with the essentials. Also included are the following condiments, coffee and tea, salt, pepper, white sugar, Nescafe sachets, Nestle hot chocolate sachets, English Breakfast, Early Grey, Peppermint and Green Tea tea bags, Nespresso Capsule Coffee Machine with Vittoria Capsules, and Lebanese Coffee.

It’s a beautiful apartment with lovely views but unfortunately the lack of information from VRBO substantially affected our impression with my 93 year old mother in law in fairly intense heat who struggled up 3 flights of stairs. I just wish all of the information for access details had been sent ahead of time.

Hi Diana, after having read the listing for the property, I could not see any indication that it was a home instead of an apartment. Home isn’t mentionedat all, unless I’ve missed something (please let me know if I have) and the listing hasn’t changed at all since you booked. Perhaps I could mention you’d need to ascend 3 flights of stairs (about 20 steps total) to access the property in the description but this isn’t necessary and guests usually enquire if stairs are an issue before they book. Your main concern is that you thought it was a home rather than an apartment but this is not because there was insufficient information in the listing. In relation to the check in information, I do apologise as there was a technical error with VRBOand my automatic channel manager messages syncing which has been resolved. On my end, I could see the message was sent, which is why I assumed you had received the message. I answered your calls as soon as possible to assist you with checkin, which again was mainly a hassle because you mistakenly believed the property to be a home. Nevertheless, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, and should you be back in Manly in circumstances where an apartment would suit your needs, we would be pleased to welcome you back to stay at the property.
