The Bay House is built for holiday comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to seven guests. It enjoys a spacious layout of three well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for a restful stay. Two hold comfortable queen beds, while the third is outfitted with three cozy single beds.
Designed with convenience in mind, the property features a bathroom with separate vanity and toilet perfect for families to refresh in after a day of exploring. The house also offers generous parking for three cars.
Enjoy cosy evenings by the glowing fireplace, or step out onto the sand for a moonlit beach walk. With a location that allows quick access to local attractions and vibrant eateries, you can have the ultimate vacation experience without venturing far.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. Itâs also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
