You’ll have access to resort amenities including a swimming pool, gym, BBQ areas, and landscaped gardens. On-site features include a hairdresser, restaurant, and bar with outdoor seating, with the Honest Lawyer Restaurant and Bar just across the road. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet, coin-operated laundry, and efficient heating, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

⭐️ Inclusions

• Monaco Shores Apartment will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Monaco Shores Apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us.



• Swimming Pool - Please note the swimming pool is closed from 13 March 2026 and will remain closed during the Winter months (until the end of September).



• Laundry - This apartment does not have in-unit laundry facilities, just next door is a laundromat.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
