The Space:
This thoughtfully designed home spans two levels and features generous living areas, private outdoor spaces, and modern comforts throughout.

Upstairs:
2 bedrooms:
Main bedroom with king bed and private ensuite (shower)
Second bedroom with king single bed
2 bathrooms:
Ensuite in the master
Second bathroom with shower and bath
(Note: The 3rd upstairs bedroom is closed off for private storage.)

Downstairs:
1 bedroom with a queen bed
1 bathroom with a shower
Playroom with a double sleeper couch—great for kids or extra guests
Access to two outdoor areas:
A private patio with table and chairs off the playroom
A second outdoor area with a jacuzzi and sauna, accessible via stairs from the kitchen

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. 3rd bedroom upstairs locked for private storage, garage locked for private storage, under house storeroom locked for private storage.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this home is in the heart of Rose Bay, one of Sydney’s most desirable harbourside suburbs. You're just minutes from Rose Bay Beach, vibrant cafés, local bakeries, and scenic coastal walks.
Enjoy easy access to public transport, Double Bay, and Bondi Beach, or hop on a ferry from Rose Bay Wharf for a stunning ride into the city. It's the perfect base for a laid-back yet connected Sydney stay.

Getting Around:
Street parking , 350m to bus stop, 1.2km to rose bay ferry, 1.9km to Bondi.

Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
