The apartment is rented separately from the main house; the owners live on the second floor but respect your privacy completely, ensuring you have the entire space to yourself during your stay.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers and come with essential toiletries. The apartment has air conditioning in the rooms, reliable WiFi for remote work, and a washer-dryer for your convenience.
The outdoor private patio is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests also have access to beach towels for the nearby coastline and 2 beach chairs.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Please note that the full name, ID, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the main guest are mandatory for booking confirmation. We require this information at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 USD fine.
- An additional cot bed (single bed) is available for $25 USD per night. Please make sure to request it 48 hours in advance.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
