As you step inside, you're greeted by a symphony of natural light and stunning raked ceilings adorned with exposed beams, setting the stage for an ambiance of warm elegance. The heart of this home is its open-plan living area, featuring a slow combustion fireplace that promises cozy nights and a spacious kitchen that's a culinary enthusiast's dream. The seamless flow to the outdoor entertaining space invites you to dine al fresco, surrounded by nature's melody, complete with a BBQ for those spirited gatherings under the stars.

But the magic doesn't end there. The Maggie's offers a fresh and country feel with mesmerizing views across the estate. It's a haven for wildlife, where wallabies, wombats, and a kaleidoscope of birds come into play, crafting a backdrop of serene living.

Sustainability is at the core of "The Maggie's with its solar passive design, complete with 28 solar panels, two inverters, and a Tesla battery, ensuring your stay is luxurious and environmentally conscious. The gardens are a testament to the property's self-sufficiency, featuring a 30m herbaceous border, diverse garden beds, and abundant water tanks.

Each corner of "The Maggie's offers something unique, from the spacious veranda overlooking the valley views to the well-appointed main kitchen with its striking timber benchtops. The bedrooms are sanctuaries of comfort, especially the main with its generous walk-in robe and ensuite, while modern bathrooms throughout the property add a touch of contemporary luxury.

Please be aware that our property is situated in a rural area, surrounded by nature, which means you may encounter wild animals during your stay. The expansive size of the property prevents us from having a complete fence enclosure. We kindly request that you keep a watchful eye on your furry friends to ensure their safety and prevent any unexpected encounters with local wildlife. Your cooperation in safeguarding both your pets and the natural surroundings is greatly appreciated.


To ensure their comfort, kindly bring their bedding and bowls and refrain from allowing them to climb on furniture and beds.

Please note that there is an additional $75 fee per pet per stay. If you plan to bring more than one dog, kindly request approval in advance. Yes, we enthusiastically welcome pets, with accommodation allowing for a maximum of 2 pets. Please seek approval from the host.

Please note that our base rate applies to 4 guests only, for more than 4 guests, an additional fee of 75 dollars will be applied per person per night.

As winter takes center stage in the mountains, indulge in the warmth of our fireplace and the provided firewood during the winter months from June to August. We've thoughtfully prepared a reasonable amount of firewood to kickstart your stay, and if needed, additional firewood is conveniently available at the nearby petrol station. To champion environmental responsibility, we encourage the thoughtful consumption of firewood.
