In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Vanderhorst Plantation, and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms plus is just about a 6-minute bike ride to the beach.
As you enter the home you’re greeted by beautiful vaulted ceilings in the living area, accompanied by leather furnishings and a stunning blue shiplap accent. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white cabinetry. A small breakfast bar has seating for two, and flows into the spacious dining area that is suitable for eight. Just off the dining area is a screened porch with a loveseat and two chairs, perfect for relaxing with a morning cup or coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the beautiful nature of Kiawah Island. The large deck also offers plenty of seating as well as a dining table and built-in bench.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a small television. A stylish en suite bathroom provides a sleek new white vanity, walk in shower plus a luxurious soaking tub. In the second bedroom you’ll also find a queen size bed and television, plus an attached renovated bathroom complete with a walk in shower. The third bedroom provides a queen bed, and shares a full bathroom with the fourth bedroom highlighting two twin beds.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
