Spacious 5-bedroom home perfect for extended families. Features 2 bathrooms, a third toilet, full equipped kitchen, media room, indoor fireplace, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The 5th bedroom includes a private kitchenette. Enjoy outdoor entertaining with a BBQ, seating, and heater. Located minutes from two popular beaches, the famous Mollymook Golf Course, and a local shopping village—everything you need for a relaxing coastal family escape.
All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is a hose up North side of house
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Pets must be approved by owner
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.

PET RULES

- We accept 1 dog under 7 kg, no-shedding and fully house-trained (we have a lot of carpet).
- No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains.
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please note because we back on to a golf course and it is not fenced however there is a hedge, again when outside you will need to make sure your pet is supervised.
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)
- Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house.
