Tucked away in one of Avalon’s most peaceful waterfront pockets, this home offers privacy and direct access to the calm waters of Pittwater — perfect for paddling, boating, or soaking up the serenity.

🛍️ Avalon Village (5 mins drive) is home to boutique shopping, cafes, groceries and yoga studios.
🏖️ Avalon Beach and Whale Beach are both within 10–12 mins drive.
🚶‍♂️ The area is known for its scenic walking trails, ocean swims, and relaxed village charm.

Palm Beach, Clareville and Newport are all close by, making this a perfect base for exploring the Northern Beaches.

🚕 Uber and local taxis are available, though wait times can vary — we recommend pre-booking if travelling during peak hours or evenings.
🚌 Bus 192 stops approx. 100m from the house (corner of Shore Brace & Riverview Rd) and runs to Avalon Village. Alternate Keogh local bus service can be prebooked and is reliable for getting to the B-Line bus at Mona Vale
🅿️ Free parking available in the carport for two standard-sized cars, plenty of free street parking.
