- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the garage overlooking the driveway and near front door (ring doorbell). There is also a camera at the rear overlooking the rear backyard and back gate entry to the beach. It will be on during your stay.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.

- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
