Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious King bed, complete with a split-type air conditioner and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort.
Second Bedroom: Equipped with a single bed and a designated work-from-home table, offering a quiet space for remote work or study.

The property is equipped with an evaporated ducted system for cooling the whole home.

Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
âą BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
âą CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside â it is a fire hazard.
âą COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.
âą COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.
âą CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
âą CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
âą CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
âą DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.
âą DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.
âą EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival.
