- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional visitors without prior approval
- No pets without approval ($200 cleaning fee applies if approved)
- No smoking inside or outside
- No shoes inside the home
Breaches may result in a fine, compensation for damages, and immediate eviction without refund.
