This beautiful, spacious two-storey, five-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house sits on a large block in the heart of Hervey Bay’s most sought-after pocket—only a stone’s throw from pristine beaches, the marina, Urangan Pier, shops, cafes, restaurants, and more.

As you arrive at this secure, gated property, you’ll find ample parking space for cars, boats, and toys, plus small grassy areas perfect for pets or kids. Let’s take a tour starting from the upper entrance:

Upstairs, enjoy cool coastal breezes from the expansive verandahs at the front and back—ideal for soaking up the sun with your morning coffee or relaxing with afternoon drinks. Inside, you're welcomed by an airy, open-plan kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a gas cooktop, and everything you need to cook meals at home. The upstairs living area features air conditioning, a cozy lounge with a 55” Smart TV, and a round dining table for family meals.

To the right of the entrance, there's a charming office/study—perfect for working remotely. This leads into a cozy twin double room with hotel-style bedding, ceiling fan, and French doors opening to the front verandah with a lovely outdoor dining space.

Also on the top level are three more stunning bedrooms: two queen rooms and a luxurious king master suite with a walk-in robe, ensuite, air conditioning, and coastal-inspired decor. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and wardrobes. There’s also a large main bathroom upstairs with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.

Venture downstairs via the beautiful original Fraser Island timber floors to a second fully self-contained living space. This level boasts a second lounge with another 55” Smart TV, a huge 10-seater dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a third bathroom. There’s also a laundry room with washer and dryer, plus a reading nook for quiet time.

Downstairs also features the fifth bedroom with two sets of double beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. Guests can access the entire house/garage and garden. The shed is out of bounds to guests.

This house is 2-Storeys, you will need to climb some stairs to utilise the entire house.
The big shed at the entrance is out of bounds and used for private use by the owners of the property.
The house has living and sleeping on both levels.
Please ensure to supervise children at all times around the pool and on the balcony areas of the house (Front & back)
