All bedrooms feature whisper-quiet ceiling fans, blockout blinds, and sheer curtains.

Master: King bed + ensuite
Second & Third Bedrooms: Queen beds + built-in wardrobes
Fourth Bedroom: Two king single beds with sea-creature wall art (perfect for kids!)

All beds and mattresses are newly purchased with 100% cotton linen, high-quality bedding, and hypoallergenic pillow/mattress protectors to ensure comfort and hygiene.

Note: Bedrooms 1–3 have air conditioning; Bedroom 4 is cooled by the living area AC and ceiling fan.

📋 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking

Quiet hours: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM (no pool use during this time)

No smoking indoors
No parties, commercial filming, or photography
No pets unless agreed prior (unauthorised pets will incur a $500+ )
Registered and contactable mobile number required before and during your stay

🧼 Please:
Avoid eating in bedrooms (cleaning fee may apply)
Leave all refillable bottles (e.g., shampoo, sprays) on site—$30 replacement fee per bottle
Do not tamper with security/safety devices (e.g., front-facing security camera, smoke alarms, smart lock) – tampering will incur $500 fee and cancellation

💧 Occupancy & Fees
Standard capacity: 8 guests (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 King Singles)
Additional guests (including infants) must be approved and incur $50/night

Travel insurance recommended for all guests

Standard check in time 3pm and check out 10am
Late check-out without prior agreement may incur $50/hour rescheduling fee

Pet cleaning or damage fees may apply if pets are indoors or use the pool

All damage and reimbursement fees must be settled within 48–72 hours of check-out
