SNOOZE
Four beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all fitted with whisper quiet ceiling fans, sun blocked blinds and white sheer curtains
- Master bedroom consists of 1 king bed
- Second bedroom and third bedroom consists of 1 queen bed and built in wardrobe
- Fourth bedroom consists of 2 King-single (KS) bedroom with turtles and sea creatures wall feature

All bed and mattress are newly purchased. Fitted with high quality linens, pure 100% Cotton bedding sheets / pillow cases and white waffle towels

All pillow and mattress have protective washable cover. Hygiene and cleanliness is of paramount importance to us to provide to our guests

Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 has air-conditioning or/and ceiling fan and wardrobe space available.

The only exception is 4th bedroom. It has ceiling fan but share large AC from the open living space.

OTHER AMENITY
-Main bathroom with separate shower and bath.
-Ensuite bathroom. Shampoo and Body Wash is provided.
-Laundry with front load new Bosch washing machine (detergent is included)
-Surface spray with refreshing essential oil scents


HOUSE RULE
House Rules - Please read and agree prior to your arrival.

Quiet hours 8pm to 8am. Pool close for group use after 8pm.

-No smoking inside the house
-No Commercial photography and filming are allowed or parties.

Cot mattress and two highchairs are available when requested and no additional cost.

No eating or keeping food in the bedrooms, we may incur and charge additional cleaning fee.

Each guest must be contactable via registered mobile phone number prior to the booking and during the stay. We cannot accommodate guest without their registered or contactable mobile being available. This may lead to booking cancellation.

Please retain all supply - private labels of shampoo, body wash, surface sprays on site. We refill these bottles. We ask the guests to utilize all supplies while staying in the property, however, not to taken for consumption outside of the holiday home. Each bottle will cost $30 to replace. Safety and security device such as security camera (monitor exterior front driveway), smoke alarms and smart lock must not be removed or tempered which will incur cost of $500 to reinstall and the reservation is immediately cancelled, and no refunds.

No pet staying unless communicated prior to staying. Where the pet staying that's not communicated will incur additional cost of $500 and further costs up to $350 for the pool cleaning.

All fees relating to damages are payable within 72 hours after check-out.

Please follow the check in (after 2.00pm) and check out time (9am). We can be flexible on some occasions. Any variation must be agreed with the Host. We require this time to maintain our standard. If there is a late checkout without prior agreement, this may trigger cost of extra $50 per hour to our staff to wait and reschedule.

We have 8 people capacity with bed configuration of 1 King/ 2 Queen/ 2 King Single.
Any additional occupants (including adult / child / baby) of more than 8 people will incur additional charge of $50 per day for utilities, supplies, and cleaning.

The fee is payable within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking may be subject to cancellation. This must be informed at the booking time. Please also let us know if you are inviting friends and family for overstays.

We also recommend travel insurance for all traveling for factors which are outside guest controls.

All damage reimbursements should be acknowledged, finalised and paid within 48 hours.

We may discussion additional cleaning fee for pet staying over if they are staying inside the house and no pool use
