The cosy lounge room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, where you can relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, which you can enjoy together in the large, bright dining area.



This home comfortably sleeps six guests across three inviting bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space.

You'll find an IGA for groceries, a chemist, a delicious Italian restaurant, and a classic fish & chips shop all within easy walking distance.

The property is perfectly situated for you to explore on foot. For wider adventures, the heart of Batemans Bay is only a 5–7 minute drive away, offering more shops, restaurants, and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Linens: All bed linens and bath towels are provided. We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For any specific items or longer stays, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable visit.
