Home Sweet Home with Hot Tub and large outdoor entertaining space

Our family home is located in Shotover Country. 5 minutes drive to shopping, 8 minutes drive to airport, 15 minute drive central Queenstown, 10 minute drive to Arrowtown. Ideally a car would be best to get around however we do have a reliable bus service at the end of our street.

This is our family home so wanting quests to respect it as if it was your own. Features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/living which opens out by large sliding doors onto a large entertaining deck and back yard. The backyard is fully fenced, large yard for kids to play, trampoline, BBQ, outdoor seating and spa. Plenty of roadside parking. All linen and towels provided.

Guests will have access to master bedroom with 1 king size bed with ensuite (Note: no access to walk in wardrobe as we will use this to store all our personal items) There will be draws for you to unpack your clothes. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and office furniture. Bedroom 3 is a kids room with king single bed. Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with a king single bed. We also have a portacot for any babies/toddlers if needed. Guests have access to entire house and property with washing machine & dryer, small gym in garage which consists of dumbells and bench, induction cooking, air fryer, sky tv and wireless internet. Also has large gas bbq, large outdoor lounge seating and use of spa on the deck, large trampoline, and basketball hoop on driveway. Plenty of parking.

We have 2 cats, 1 lives under the deck outside and is very shy so you won't see her, the 2nd cat has access to/from the house through cat doors so you will find her walking around the house or curled up on her favourite sleeping spots. We ask you to fill their food bowl each day with water and biscuits which will be found in the garage.
