This warm and inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfectly positioned in the sought-after suburb of Goldfield Heights, offering sweeping views over Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and surrounding mountains.
Spread over two levels, the home is designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind. Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, all of which can be split into two singles, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends travelling together. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite and a wood-burning fireplace. It also shares access to a spacious balcony with the living area, where youâll find the BBQ. Perfect for relaxed meals with a view. The second bedroom, which is a mezzanine with a curtain for privacy, enjoys its own private balcony, offering a peaceful retreat.
The cosy open-plan living area is a great place to unwind, featuring a second wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and comfortable lounge seating. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and frame the stunning lake and mountain views.
A fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking for one vehicle add extra convenience for longer stays.
Located just over a 5-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown, and a 10-minute drive to the Five Mile shopping centre, and the airport, youâll have easy access to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment Queenstown has to offer. After a day of exploration, unwind at the nearby Sherwood Yoga and Wellbeing Centre, or enjoy a delicious meal at the renowned Sherwood Restaurant, both just minutes away.
