Whether you're here for work, study, or a relaxing stay, you'll feel right at home with comfort, cleanliness, and convenience all thoughtfully provided. The Silverado Suite accommodates up to 5 guests. The 5th guest will be provided with a foldable rolling cot bed (72" x 30"), available upon request and subject to an additional guest fee. A crib and changing table are available upon request at no additional charge.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in the existing Queen and full size beds
- A foldable rolling cot bed (72" by 30") is available for a 5th guest upon request
- Additional guest fee applies for the 5th guest
- A crib and changing table are available upon request at no additional charge

Safety & Cleanliness:
- Professionally cleaned and disinfected between stays
- Monitored exterior with 4 audio security cameras:
• 2 at the front entrances
• 1 at the main floor separate entrance door
• 1 at basement hallway (shared entry only - no private areas recorded)

Please Note:
- No smoking (any kind), vaping, or cannabis use permitted anywhere inside the unit
- No pets allowed due to severe allergies
- No parties or loud gatherings (this is a peaceful and residential area).
