The Celeste Florence Retreat combines the sunlit charm of Celeste Villa with the refined sophistication of the Florence Suite. Together, this pairing offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with bunk beds, and two queen beds in the studio, plus a sofa bed in the villa’s living room, two kitchens, and two private bathrooms. Comfortably accommodating up to nine guests, the retreat is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or groups seeking both privacy and shared connection.

Located within The Sanctuary on Equestrian, the Celeste Florence Retreat blends radiant warmth with moonlit elegance. The villa and suite are situated just a few steps apart, giving guests the convenience of close proximity while still enjoying distinct spaces. Guests also benefit from easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and family‑friendly attractions, all within a short drive from New York City.

Pet Policy:
We love pets at The Sanctuary on Equestrian! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

Seasonal Amenities:
During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests can enjoy complimentary access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts (bring your own sports equipment), and an outdoor swimming pool shared with other guests unless the entire estate is reserved.

Estate Options:
The Sanctuary on Equestrian offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 36 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
