To the left, a staircase beckons you to explore the villa further, while straight ahead, the dining room unfolds, providing seating for up to six guests—a perfect setting for intimate meals with friends and family.

To the right of the dining area, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen boasts premium appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, blender, and toaster. With a bar island that seats three, the kitchen is not only functional but also a hub for casual dining and social interaction. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or preparing a meal with friends, this space is designed for comfort and connection.

The first living room, situated in the left corner, features large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.

**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.

* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.
