Check-out: By 10:00 am (unless arranged otherwise)

Please wash and put away any used dishes before departure.

Remove all rubbish and place it in the correct outdoor bins.

Leave the home tidy and in the condition you found it.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the townhouse.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 Parties & Noise

No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property.

🔒 Safety & Security

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with security devices or smoke alarms.

🚗 Parking

Guests may park in the garage or driveway. Please avoid blocking access to neighbouring properties.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Please do not remove them from the property or use them at the beach.

Please report any damage, stains, or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
