The Space:
Welcome to our spacious North Warrandyte retreat, where comfort and tranquility come together in a beautiful bushland setting. This is not just a house—it’s a sanctuary where families and groups can truly unwind, surrounded by nature yet wrapped in all the comforts of home.

Our classic family home is spread across multiple living areas, giving everyone room to relax together or find their own quiet corner. The high ceilings, large windows, and warm timber floors create a sense of openness, while every window frames a view of the gardens or native bush.

With five bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, every guest can count on a restful night’s sleep. The 3.5 bathrooms are designed for convenience, ensuring there’s no waiting in line—perfect for groups or families traveling together.

The living spaces are designed for connection and relaxation. Share stories over a meal in the dining room, gather in the lounge for a movie on the Smart TV, or cozy up with a book while enjoying the peaceful outlook. For year-round comfort, the home features heating in every room and split-system cooling in the main living zones, two bedrooms, and the rumpus room.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including quality appliances and generous counter space. Whether you’re preparing a big family breakfast or a simple evening meal, you’ll feel right at home here.

Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by nature. Enjoy a BBQ on the paved outdoor area while overlooking the gardens, watch for local wildlife passing through, or simply wander the grounds with a cup of coffee in hand. The property sits on over an acre of land, offering the rare gift of privacy and quiet, with the beautiful Yarra River just a short walk away through the back gate.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay. That means all five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and stress-free.

Parking is available in the driveway (please note there is no garage).

The outdoor BBQ area is available for your use, perfect for relaxed meals in the fresh country air.
** if gas bottle needs a refill, it will be guests' responsibility to resupply**

Whether you want to gather in the spacious living areas, cook together in the kitchen, or explore the surrounding bushland, the entire property is designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

Other Things to Note:
Wildlife sightings are common – kangaroos, kookaburras, and other native animals often wander through. Please enjoy them from a respectful distance.

Gardener visits may occur during your stay, but rest assured they will not disturb your privacy.

CCTV cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front, back, and side) for security purposes only.

The indoor firepit in the living room is not available for guest use.

Heating is available in all rooms, and split-system cooling is provided in the main living room, rumpus, and two bedrooms.

BBQ gas bottle will need to be refilled by guests if empty.
