It's mere meters from the serene crystal clear waters of Cudgen Creek and only a 10-minute stroll to South Beach, both offering perfect secluded spots to relax and unwind. A 15-minute walk will take you to the heart of town, where you’ll find a variety of dining options, charming cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops along the main street of Kingscliff.

The space
- This front facing duplex with ocean glimpses is available completely for your private use and has all you need for a restful getaway.
-This cottage truly is home away from home! It comprises 2 bedrooms:- The master with a queen bed and the second with a double. Both have ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and the beds are fitted with good quality linen.
- An open plan living area, with ceiling fan and a fully equipped kitchen complete with espresso coffee machine will provide you with all the necessities and luxuries to contribute to your relaxing stay.
- The bathroom is spacious, encompassing his and her basins.
- We have a separate laundry room with washing machine & tub if you happen to need to do a load of washing.
- The front private garden offers a lovely spot to relax in the afternoon shade under of a bottlebrush tree.
- All essentials, such as linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. You have access to the entire property along with a fully fenced, grassed garden.
- There is off-street parking right outside the property. The front door is down the shared driveway through a gate into the yard.
