Let the good times roll at Lemonade! Full of colour, character, charm & holiday vibes, Lemonade promises the perfect Jervis Bay escape. This lovingly restored 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has been playfully styled to perfection & set up for comfort & ease with everything taken care of. All just a short, easy walk to white sandy beaches, Moona Moona Creek & the cafes & boutique shops of Huskisson & drive to Hyams Beach & Booderee National Park. Look no further, you'll love Lemonade!
Step inside Lemonade and you'll instantly smile. We've created a fun, colourful and relaxed escape at this charming, characterful, restored classic Huskisson seaside cottage. With pops of colour everywhere, beautiful artwork and stunning styling, the house sets the tone for fun, carefree holiday days in Jervis Bay.
Inside the cottage is light and bright. You'll find an open plan living and dining space including a dedicated desk area, kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. Every room has been set up with comfort, style and convenience in mind. From the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine to the luxury mattresses and linen.
Outside, enjoy a sunny back deck with lounge and dining spaces - complete with undercover areas and sun umbrellas - and fully fenced grassy back yard with mature plants. Small, non fleecing dogs are welcome but please check in with us first.
Lemonade is set on a quiet street in Huskisson but still just a short walk to the centre of Huskisson, its buzzing main street with cafes, shops and restaurants, whale and dolphin watching boats, white sandy beaches, Moona Moona Creek and excellent local playgrounds.

There are a couple of steps to the front door and back deck at Lemonade. Once inside, the property is all on one level.
This is a dual occupancy, divided block. There is a smaller property behind Lemonade where the owner sometimes stays. All areas are private and fenced separately. Guests do not have access to the second dwelling, garage or driveway at Lemonade but there is plenty of free street parking.
