This beautifully styled country retreat puts you close to the best of Mudgee. Walk to the golf club, drive a few minutes into town for boutique shops and local eateries, or head in the other direction to Burrundulla Wines for a relaxed tasting in a scenic rural setting. Inside, calming interiors feature multiple living zones, a workspace, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, a covered patio and fenced backyard set the dream scene for alfresco dining and tranquil moments shared with loved ones.
Discover this light-filled sanctuary where timeless style meets Mudgeeâs laid-back country charm. Set behind a lush yard and a welcoming porch, the red-brick exterior opens into a first living room, where a soft grey sofa, TV, and quiet workspace invite you to relax, catch up on work, and feel at home.
Further in, an open-plan layout brings together the living, dining, and kitchen areas around a crackling fireplace. The dining area features a long timber table with seating for eight, inviting slow shared meals and easy conversation. The kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, a breakfast bar with stools, and direct access to the outdoor area.
On warmer days, step onto the covered patioâa relaxed alfresco space with cushioned seating, a BBQ, dining table, and festoon lights, creating the perfect setting for outdoor living. Beyond, a fully fenced green space provides a serene backdrop for sun lounging or letting kids play safely while the grown-ups unwind nearby.
Each bedroom offers its own restful escape, styled with crisp linens, blackout blinds, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. The king suite is tucked away at the rear and features a contemporary ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in rain shower. Three additional queen-sized bedrooms provide extra spaces to recharge. The central three-way bathroom is designed with separate zones for the toilet, shower, and vanity, offering extra convenience for shared stays. It also includes a bathtub and Sukin amenities for your routines.
A full laundry with a washer and dryer makes longer stays a breeze. Central air conditioning and heating, along with ceiling fans throughout, ensure year-round comfort. For everyday essentials, Coles is also located in the town centre. After a meal, take a stroll to nearby Robertson Park, home to Mudgeeâs popular monthly markets. On a quiet afternoon, take a leisurely 16-minute stroll to Mudgee Golf Club for a round. Or head just four minutes by car to Burrundulla Wines for a relaxed tasting session in a beautiful rural setting.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
