The Space:
This very cozy holiday home has all the modern conveniences. The kitchen has a wonderful granite bench with a cappuccino machine, milk shake maker, toasted sandwich maker and much more. The home has a Smart TV” connected to the internet with Freeview, Topbox and Chromecast. On the deck there is a seating area on which to wind down and enjoy the beautiful views, peace and tranquility.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - 3 single beds, Lounge - fold out sofa (only available upon request)
Please note: Price is based on 6 guests with an additional fee of $30 per person per night for up to 8 guests. A cleaning fee of $240.00 per stay and a compulsory linen fee of $25.00 per person per stay applies to all bookings. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The Neighborhood:
The property is close to beautiful Palm Beach. Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
