We sincerely apologize that the home was not prepared to our usual standards when you arrived. There should have been plenty of soap available, the dishwasher should have been emptied, and all laundry should have been completely put away before your arrival. We also apologize for the dust and cobwebs you noticed around the piano. These are details we expect our cleaning team to take care of, and we will be addressing them with the team directly. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting a fully prepared home and then have to take care of some of these things yourself.
