Modern, coastal, bohemian vibes are felt throughout the space allowing guests to relax and unwind from the daily grind. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and retail shops.

Property offers great outdoor space complete with grill area, courtyard, outdoor seating/dining, and much more. Bay Park, St. Armands and Gulf Beaches all within easy reach.

For those that need to stay plugged in and electronically entertained, the living room and each bedroom has a flatscreen T.V. and high-speed wifi is throughout the house. The living room offers abundant seating including a sectional couch, oversized arm chair and hanging swing chair.

An all-new Kitchen boasts beautiful quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the plentiful counter bar space for breakfast or a happy hour cocktail. The kitchen offers an open concept design into the spacious dining room seating six (6) comfortably with ability to extend to eight (8) with table leaf located in primary bedroom closet.

After a full day of adventure, retire to one of three bedrooms offering privacy and sanctuary. The Primary bedroom is complete with a King Bed, full desk/make-up table and modern en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds (perfect for families or can be pushed together to create a larger bed if desired). A full bathroom situated in between the second and third bedrooms makes for easy access for everyone. Separate studio, is across the terrace with its own private entrance and features a king bed, full living area and bathroom.

Full size front load washer and dryer are just outside of the kitchen and make doing laundry a breeze. Fill your morning coffee at the coffee bar and take a morning break on one of the Adirondack chairs in the courtyard - Peace!

Additional Studio Space
Will have access to entire main home. An additional Studio Villa is available that is accessed through the same patio of the main house. This is available at an additional charge and includes a king size bed, a living area, full bathroom and laundry. Please inquire if needed. For privacy reasons, only those that rent the main house can add the studio. No access to garage is granted.
