Loved this house! The backyard was so serene and the hot tub was perfect for the cold days. The house was fully stocked for cooking and there was plenty of space for our two families. Will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home. Everything was clean and has what we needed. The backyard is great for dogs. There is an ev charger in the garage which was super helpful. Just make sure to bring an adapter for your vehicle.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood! Furniture and decorations were very comfortable and well planned. One surprise was the heated seats (If you rent it you'll find out what I'm talking about! ) Great communication throughout the process!! Thanks for having us stay!!

Wonderful Spring break experience in this lovely home! Great location in Pebble Beach (private), safe, and quaint! The listing of a 3 bd/3-full-bath was accurate. The layout was perfect, and the beautiful kitchen was equipped with the necessities. This home truly provided our family of 4 with a wonderful vacation! Would definitely return!

Everything was just well done. The backyard landscaping is amazing and has the coolest tree. We used the fire pit and the Jacuzzi, both with no issues. Plenty of room for our vehicles out front. My dogs loved it too.

Great home with a good layout. Fire pit and hot tub are amazing. Kitchen is a wonderful set up. The house is located in a great location central to everything, will definitely stay again. Staff was quick to answer questions too.

Pros: It's an older beautiful home with plenty of space to move for the four of us adults. The inside of the house was very clean, beds were very comfortable....the most comfortable out of all the places we've stayed. There were plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils for our needs. Each bedroom had large TVs and one in the media room. The furniture was all very comfortable and clean! The outdoor landscape was nicely done made picking up after our little dog easy. We enjoyed the gas firepit on a few evenings and it was lovely. We used the BBQ which was clean. We did use the microwave and toaster oven, a real plus. Our host, Barbara was great! We had an issue with not having a drip coffee maker and she was able to get one delivered within a couple of days. Thank you for being so helpful, Barbara! Cons: We were startled with landscape guys coming to clean up. They were quick. The size of the TVs in the bedrooms were a bit big for our liking. The primary bathroom has vessel sinks, for someone 5'3" it was difficult, came up to my chest. We did find the drip coffee maker in the very top shelf in a cabinet and notifies Barbara. Lacking were any spices for cooking. This was a first for us in renting a home that didn't have more than just salt and pepper. We were told anything that is left the cleaning staff takes. So if you plan on cooking you need to stock up. We had a comfortable stay but lacking these would makes us think twice about staying here again.

Spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults! Kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to cook most meals at home, patio was nice to enjoy outdoor meals, and three bathrooms were clutch to avoid getting in each other's hair. The rental company was very communicative prior to the stay, especially confirming a few things for one of us who has contact-related allergies. Areas for improvement: The main master bathroom shower head sprays water all over the place, and while the rental was generally clean, we'd find rolly pollys in a few of the rooms. We didn't notify the rental company bc we were only there a few days.

****unfairly billed*** Renters beware

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are very experienced home renters and have never had this happen to use. We were unfairly billed for stains on master bedroom carpet. These stains were a direct result of a leaking shower in master bath. Leaking shower not fixed even after several calls to Sanctuary Vacation Rentals requesting help. Carpet was wet from leaking shower which made carpet in master bedroom susceptible to stains. Thomas, director of operations with Sanctuary Rentals, was unwilling to engage in a reasonable discussion. Bottom line: he had our credit card information and was going to charge us regardless of fault. Renters Beware: if you rent from this company, they will find a way to charge you after you leave. Renters are helpless against these charges.....Lots of cameras around property too, which was all, Life of Riley was not worth the trouble we experienced after leaving and Sanctuary Rentals conducts unfair billing. Do not rent this home and avoid Sanctuary Rentals if possible. Lots of better options.

Thank you for your review and feedback. After checking our notes regarding this stay, as far as we can see, all communication and maintenance work orders were addressed the same day the issues were reported. Our notes indicate that the stains weren’t there before the stay. Our inspection process between each and every guest reservation is very thorough. It is extremely rare that a guest is charged for damage, but we are obligated to protect the homes that we manage and guest damage is ultimately the responsibility of the guest.

We loved staying at this lovely property! It was perfect for us, with the primary suite on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the other side. We were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law and their three small kids.The backyard is beautiful and fully fenced. We did not use the hot tub so I can't comment on that.Some specific pros and a couple suggestions for improvement:PROS:1) Best stocked kitchen in any rental we have stayed in - pots and pans are in great shape, nice utensils and small appliances. We used the outdoor grill and the firepit and both were in working order.2) DOG FRIENDLY. We so appreciate owners who trust people to bring their well behaved dogs! We did report to the management that when we arrived there were at least a dozen piles of dog poop out in the yard. PLEASE, dog people: respect the rules and clean up after your dogs! 3) Beds are comfortable.4) Luxurious towelsSuggestions:1) There were no paper towels - instructions say they are providing paper products for the "first few days" - we stayed 5 nights. 2) There were only two dishwasher pellets under the sink. We hand washed after those two loads.3) There was one gate pass in the home. The management said they couldn't put guest names on a list for in and out privileges, yet the gate attendants said that wasn't true. We had to pay the daily fee a couple times because we had multiple cars.Lastly: I left medication behind and they found it and shipped it to me - THANK YOU!!
