Welcome to Watercolor, a stunning beachfront home nestled in the exclusive gated community of The Plantation on St. George Island. This luxurious retreat, tastefully decorated to enhance its coastal charm, offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a host of amenities to ensure a memorable stay.
The first floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with two twin trundles, perfect for kids or additional guests, and a shared bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. From this level, you can enjoy the covered deck overlooking the Gulf, with stairs leading directly to the boardwalk.
The second floor has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with panoramic views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well stocked with marble counters, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar seating four. There are two dining areas: one with a table seating six and another with a table and three bar stools. The living area is furnished with a comfortable large sectional with a queen hide-a-bed and a TV. This floor also offers a covered screened dining area and a sun deck for enjoying the beautiful weather, as well as a laundry room and a half bath located off the kitchen.
The third floor is a loft-style master suite with a king bed, expansive views, and a queen hide-a-bed. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled shower.
The exterior of the home includes a private pool with a waterfall for added tranquility. Outdoor amenities include a picnic table, fish cleaning station, park style grill, Adirondack chairs and a boardwalk to the beach. Parking is convenient with a gravel driveway and under house paved parking.
