Please Note: The guest will have to pick up and drop off the keys at the Cloudbnb Management Office located in Northbridge. It is just a 10 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away. We are not permitted to install a lockbox at the premises.
The car park clearance is 2.1 metres. The entrance is narrow, so smaller vehicles are ideal. Larger vehicles such as 4x4s can still fit but must enter with caution.
The air conditioning is currently out of service and is being repaired by the building management. For your comfort, the unit is equipped with portable heaters and fans.
Guest Access:

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-outs are subject to bookings, please let us know if you require a late check-out and we will try to accommodate your request.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
RULES
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
RATE INCLUDES

- 1 bath towel per guest
- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.
- Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.
- Please note only starting amenities are supplied.
- High Chair and Baby Cot under request and availability.
PARKING
- There is a free parking bay available within the building.
- If you have more than one vehicle, there is paid parking facilities nearby.
