Welcome to a spacious four-bedroom waterfront retreat overlooking the Dawesville estuary. Designed for families and groups of up to 10 guests, this relaxed coastal home combines sweeping water views, generous indoor and outdoor spaces, and unforgettable sunsets.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any

Dawesville is a relaxed coastal destination known for its estuary, beaches, boating, fishing and natural surroundings.

The Cut Golf Course, The Cut Tavern, local cafés, shops and beaches are all within a short drive. Mandurah Foreshore is approximately 15 minutes away by car and offers dolphin cruises, waterfront dining, playgrounds, cinemas, boutique shopping and seasonal events.

Further south, guests can explore local breweries, beaches and family destinations, while Pinjarra and Dwellingup offer scenic drives, walking trails and nature-based adventures.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

The garage and shed are not included in the booking.

The heart of the home is its open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which flows onto the elevated balcony and alfresco space overlooking the estuary.

Multiple living zones across both levels allow larger families and groups to spend time together while still having room to spread out. A large television with Netflix and complimentary Wi-Fi provide easy entertainment after a day on the water.

Outside, the spacious backyard offers room for children to play, while the balcony is ideal for relaxed meals, morning coffee and sunset gatherings.

Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1, downstairs: one king bed and one king-single bed
Bedroom 2, downstairs: two king-single beds
Bedroom 3, upstairs: one queen bed and one king-single bed
Bedroom 4, upstairs: three king-single beds

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.

Base pricing covers up to eight guests. The ninth and tenth guests can be accommodated for an additional charge. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking.

Waterfront living

Kayaks are available for guests who would like to explore the estuary.

The nearby boat ramp is approximately 800 metres away, making the home a convenient base for boating and fishing holidays.

During the local blue swimmer crab season, guests may also have the opportunity to catch crabs from the waterfront, with crabbing equipment available at the home. Local fishing and crabbing regulations apply.

A car is the easiest way to explore Dawesville and nearby attractions, including the estuary, beaches, and Dawesville Cut.
Public transport is available but limited, with local bus services operating on reduced schedules.
Taxis and ride-share services such as Uber are available, though it’s best to plan ahead.
Cycling and walking are great for enjoying nearby beaches and scenic areas, but a vehicle is recommended for longer distances.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area where sound travels easily across the water. Please keep outdoor noise considerate, particularly during the evening.

The property is strictly pet-free.

Early check-in and late check-out may sometimes be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. For guaranteed early access, guests should reserve the previous night.

This property has a firm cancellation policy. We recommend suitable travel insurance in case unexpected circumstances affect your plans.

As this is a natural waterfront environment, guests may occasionally see local wildlife and insects, including our resident possums, particularly in the evening.
