Kick off your shoes, feel the sand between your toes, and let the salty breeze work its magic â welcome to Quindalup Dreaming, your home away from home just moments from the turquoise waters of Quindalup Beach. Here, mornings are for beach walks with coffee in hand, afternoons for ocean dips, and evenings for sunset BBQs under a sky full of stars.
THE VIBE:
Bright, breezy, and brimming with contemporary charm, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house is made for relaxed holidays. The open-plan living space is light-filled and airy, with big windows that bring the outdoors in. Think lazy breakfasts around the kitchen island, family board games in the lounge and that glorious post-swim relax on the sofa.
WHERE YOU`LL SLEEP:
Master Suite: King Bed, ensuite, and a fresh sea-breeze vibe.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, relaxing décor, and comfy linens.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, contemporary decor.
Bedroom 4: 2 x King Single Beds, Perfect for kids or extra guests â soft beds and fresh styling.
Games Room: Fold out couch available, setup by guests, linen can be ordered.
LIFE OUTSIDE:
The backyard is your own beachy playground â fire up the BBQ, toast marshmallows over the wood heater, or watch the kids play while you sip something cold. Thereâs a ping pong table, gym gear for the energetic, and a playground for the little ones. Best of all, youâre only a street away from the foreshoreâs bike path â ride for miles in either direction with the ocean by your side.

CLEANING FEE
A cleaning fee of $425 will be added to your stay.
LINEN
Linen is optional and if required please ensure to order at checkout stage.
Linen packs will include: top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, bath mat, and hand towels. Linen costs are $30 per person.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS-
+ Please note this is not a party house. This is a residential neighbourhood and normal holiday activities are encouraged.
+ Maximum of 8 adults are accepted......we encourage family groups!
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. If this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately, resulting in the forfeit of the entire bond and/or possible eviction with no refund.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware permanent residents live next door on either side and noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints breach our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. The noise curfew is 10:00pm.
NOISE CONTROL DEVICE
We have a noise control device on the property, which simply tracks noise levels and notifies the host when a certain decibel has been reached over a sustained period of time. Similar to a smoke alarm, it has a sensor function only.
BBQ
Please clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when youâre done. If itâs left excessively dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Ensure the gas valve & the grill itself are shut off.
LIGHTS
Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.
NO SMOKING
All our properties are non-smoking. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odours and stains.
FIRES
There are fire restrictions from October to April inclusive and must be strictly observed.
SHOES
Please, no shoes within the house. Minimise the mess.
PARKING
Parking is allowed in your designated parking area.
FURNITURE
Please do not move the furniture around.
CHECK-OUT
Check-Out times are strict. Our cleaning team are on a short timeframe, please be out of the property on time.
WASTE
Garbage and Recycling go in the black and green/yellow bins, respectively. Please empty your waste before leaving.
EMERGENCY
In the event of an Emergency, please dial 000.
